Join the Zoom at the appropriate time using the link sent in your confirmation email.
The class will be locked 5 minutes after the start time. Those that are more than 5 minutes late will need to reschedule for an orientation class at a later date.
To receive credit for the class, you must stay on the Zoom until the presentation has ended.
The display name on Zoom must match the name (first and last) that is registered to be admitted to the class and to receive credit for attending. (e.g., John’s iPhone or Zoom User are not acceptable.) If multiple people attend on the same Zoom account, both names must be listed. Instructions on how to change the display name can be found here.
Participants that log on before the start time will be placed in a "waiting room" until the host begins the class.
