COCLT DEVELOPMENT QUEUES
COCLT Development Queues indicate areas of development within Franklin County and the City of Columbus where the Land Trust will be building homes in the near future. Interested homebuyers can enter as many development queues as they like after attending the Orientation Class by returning the COCLT Homebuyer Questionnaire.
