HOMEBUYER SELECTION
DRAWING PROCESS

The COCLT Homebuyer Selection Drawing is designed to create a process for all participants to have an equal chance of securing a low number in a random drawing to be conducted for each COCLT development project throughout the City of Columbus and Franklin County. With each drawing, potential homebuyers will be given a number through an automated drawing process.

By creating a transparent, random, drawing process, with clear, achievable deadlines to complete eligibility requirements, the COCLT will continue its mission to be inclusive and fair.

Please note - Drawing placements do not carry over into another drawing even when multiple drawings are conducted in the same geographical area. Names remaining on the Buyer List after all homes have been assigned will not be placed in future drawings automatically. Participants must enter each drawing by submitting a new Potential COCLT Homebuyer Questionnaire to be placed in a Development Project Queue.
