REALTOR
INFO

Capture_edited.jpg

The COCLT has one listing agent to represent its interest for the sale of each home available through its development projects. Any homebuyer who becomes qualified to purchase a Community Land Trust home needs to be represented by a realtor. We value the role our listing agent and each buyer's agent brings to the table with their expertise.
