ORIENTATION CLASS
The COCLT Homebuyer Orientation Class is the first step in the COCLT 5 Steps to Homeownership Eligibility. The class describes what a community land trust is and how it helps keep homes affordable. During the class, the Homebuyer Selection Process is outlined, existing and proposed development projects are identified, and all steps to homeownership eligibility are explained.
You make no commitment by participating, and there is no cost to attend. It is a great opportunity to learn more and have your questions answered. Join us to learn more about homebuying options and see if homeownership through COCLT is right for you.
The orientation classes will be conducted via Zoom. Register now, and the week the class is held, a link will be emailed for you to attend. We look forward to seeing you!
COCLT Orientation Class
Register for a Zoom Class
~ All participants must register separately even if attending together.
~ Display name on Zoom must match name used for registration.
~ Only those registered will be admitted to the Zoom meeting. Do not share the emailed link.
~ Classes are offered during the day and early evenings and last approximately 45-60 minutes.
Registration deadline is Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. the day prior to an Orientation Class.
