COCIC and the COCLT were included in the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy's publication Preserving Affordable Homeownership: Municipal Partnerships with Community Land Trusts on pages 38-39. The Land Trust - Land Bank Partnership is highlighted, and it is noted that COCIC/COCLT's structure is the first case of a subsidiary partnership between a Land Bank and a Land Trust.

The COCLT is a founding member of the Ohio CLT Network.
